Stage 1 (Display Village) Development Update
April 2012
- All internal works including Bulk earthworks, Sewer, drainage, electrical, fibre and water main construction are complete as is kerb and channel and the roads have been asphalted
- Construction works of the Barwon Heads Road/Warralily Boulevard signalised intersection and the first two sections of Armstrong Creek are also complete
- Titles have now been issued and construction of display homes have now begun on site.
