Construction Update
March 2012
- Electrical works, including undergrounding of power lines, at the future intersection of Surf Coast Highway and Coastside Drive are now complete. Telstra has completed the relocation of their copper cables.
- Winslow Constructors has been appointed as civil contractor for Stages 50, 51, 52 and the intersection of Surf Coast Highway and Coastside Drive. Preliminary works are underway with earthworks due to commence on 26 March 2012.
- Works are expected to be completed in October 2012 with titles
registration expected in November/December 2012.
