WARRALILY at Armstrong Creek has released another stage of home sites for sale.
Following the successful sell out of Stages 1A and 1B and with Stage 2A being snapped up within the first two weeks of being released, stage 2B has been brought forward due to demand. The land consists of 23 home sites ranging in size from 416sqm to 758sqm. The blocks sit between the parklands of Armstrong Creek itself and one of Warralily's conservation reserves. Sites will be sold on a first-in, best-dressed basis and are exclusively available to those who have registered their interest in the past. Potential buyers are encouraged to contact the sales office to book an inspection of the sites.
At the last land release, about 30 campers braved the rain and cold to ensure that they were the first in line to get a site. Registrants have until 5pm tomorrow to secure a site before they go on the open market.
