Turnpoint has plans for a permanent base in Geelong and has the capacity to provide ongoing horticultural maintenance services to the estate.
Warralily will soon be home to a beautifully landscaped waterway, entrance park and playground area following the successful bid by Turnpoint Pty Ltd to become Warralily’s landscape contractor.
Tender submissions were taken from experienced local and Melbourne based contractors for projects including the rejuvenation of the Armstrong Creek waterway and neighbourhood landscaping as part of the first stages of civil works currently underway.
Warralily Urban Design Manager Jeremy Minter said that awarding this tender is a key step in delivering the first of many landscape features at Warralily.
“Following months of foundation earthworks, it’s exciting to be progressing to the next stage which will see the creation of hike and bike paths, boardwalks, a BBQ and picnic facility and Warralily’s first playground.” said Mr Minter.
“Turnpoint has extensive experience in the construction of parks, landscapes and wetlands in Australia and overseas and we look forward to seeing them transform Warralily into a green urban landscape for future residents to enjoy.”

The Warralily master planned estate has been designed to maximise the integration of Armstrong Creek as a community centrepiece. The creation of parks along the creek frontage will provide a diverse range of open space experiences as well as cycling and walking trails to connect residents to nearby schools, cafes and shops via a 30km neighbourhood network.
This announcement will see civil works progress to achieve the targeted release of more than 200 titles in November for the commencement of building Warralily’s first homes and Geelong’s largest Display Village early in the new year.
Sales at Warralily continue to perform well, demonstrating the keen interest from the market in the estate’s great location, value for money and close proximity to community facilities.
Home sites at the recently released Warralily Promenade and Warralily Coast offer buyers choice in block sizes and price points whilst still providing all the key hallmarks of the master planned community. Block prices start from $154,000, which includes a $5,000 landscape rebate.
