Recent statistics released by the ABS confirms the popularity of Geelong’s coastal land with population figures revealing that the Surf Coast continues to experience the fastest growth in the region.
Strong interest surrounding this Saturday’s release of home sites at new Warralily Coast has confirmed the ongoing desire of people to live close to the coast and highlights the gap in the market for available and affordable land in the area.
The launch of Warralily Coast, the coast’s newest neighbour, on Saturday 28th May will introduce much needed land to the local market with the first release consisting of 31 home sites ranging from 370 – 568 square metres.
Recent statistics released by the ABS confirms the popularity of Geelong’s coastal land with population figures revealing that the Surf Coast continues to experience the fastest growth in the region.
Warralily General Manager Mark Whinfield said that the location of Warralily Coast has been paramount in sparking buyer interest in the development.
“Buyers are looking for land in close proximity to the beach that is still affordable and Warralily Coast is satisfying this need by offering home sites just 10 minutes up the road from Torquay and with prices starting from $170,000.”
Located on the Surf Coast Highway between Torquay and Geelong, Warralily Coast will feature elevated land, the future provision of community infrastructure such as shops, sporting facilities and schools in walking distance from homes and access to public transport infrastructure and the Ring Road to Melbourne.
Future Warralily Coast residents will also enjoy the trademark features of the Warralily development including over 80 hectares of beautiful park lands and waterways and 30 kilometres of walking trails and cycling paths.
“The Warralily estate will be Geelong’s first master planned community and future residents value this because they can be confident in the community infrastructure that will be provided here, especially the provision of neighbourhood shops, recreation and schooling.” said Mr Whinfield
“Homes in the precinct will also be close to the adjacent Armstrong Creek future major shopping centre precinct, making access to shops and services both quick and convenient.”
“Sales at Warralily continue to be high, which is a great result a year down the track from our first land release and we certainly expect that this will continue into the future.”
“The consistently high demand for Warralily is testament to what the estate & the broader Geelong region has to offer.”
This weekend’s sales day at Warralily Coast will be conducted by appointment only on a first in best dressed basis. It’s not too late to make an appointment and interested buyers are urged to act quickly to secure a time.
