Warralily Coast, a new precinct within the successful Warralily at Armstrong Creek development, will officially open its sales office on 3rd January 2011. Located only 10 minutes from the region’s spectacular coast and with close proximity to the Surf Coast Highway, a trip to the beach will be only a short drive away.
Homes in the precinct will also be close to the Armstrong Creek major activity centre making access to shops and community facilities both quick and convenient.

Expressions of interest will be sought from buyers from 3rd January 2011 with a land release date expected some time in the new year.
