The newest precinct in the Warralily development, Warralily Coast has already received strong buyer interest since opening the doors of its sales office earlier this week.
Located on the Surf Coast Highway, the sales office has attracted enquiries from both locals and visitors to the region, with people eager to find out more about the latest land release.
Warralily General Manager Mark Whinfield said the positive response to Warralily Coast indicates the desire of homeowners to be within close reach of the coast.
“With summer here and so many people soaking up the region’s beaches, buyers are keen to enjoy the coastal lifestyle more permanently,” Mr Whinfield said.

The new Warralily Coast sales office opened its doors on Monday 3rd January to cater specifically for buyers interested in the precinct. Mr Whinfield said that the sales office will continue to register buyer interest over the coming weeks in the lead up to the homes sites officially going on sale.
“We’ve been really pleased with the number of enquiries we’ve had to date and we’re expecting that interest is only going to grow, particularly over the weekend,” he said.
