Warralily opened its impressive new Warralily Coast Sales Office this month, establishing a permanent presence for Warralily on the road to the coast in time for the annual migration of holiday makers.
Warralily Marketing Manager Melissa Tilley said the new office will ensure they can professionally service the high demand anticipated from the Warralily Coast location.
“In all our contact with purchasers the desire to live close to the coast is a consistently strong message,” said Ms Tilley.
“Buyers are looking for land in close proximity to the beach that is still affordable and Warralily Coast is just 10 minutes from Torquay Beach.”
The office is designed to help bring the Warralily Estate to life with large 3D image boards and television facilities to screen the latest vision and rendered images of Warralily’s proposed street scapes, shops, sporting facilities and open space parklands.
“The new sales office provides a great environment for our sales staff to meet with prospective buyers, including a fun and safe playground to keep the children entertained and a coffee machine for mum and dad.”
“We are approaching our first full summer here and anticipate the strong interest in the precinct to strengthen when the beach weather hits.”
Future residents will enjoy the many features of the Warralily master planned estate including the future provision of neighbourhood shops, sporting facilities and schools in walking distance from homes, access to public transport infrastructure and the Ring Road to Melbourne, over 80 hectares of beautiful park lands and waterways and 30 kilometres of walking trails and cycling paths.
Homes in the Warralily Coast precinct will also be close to the adjacent Armstrong Creek major shopping centre precinct, making future access to shops and services both quick and convenient.
