$1000 Rebate on available Land Lots

  • The $1000 rebate at Warralily At Armstrong Creek by Armstrong Creek Development Corporation (Promotion) runs from Friday 29th April to Thursday 30th June 2011 inclusive (Promotion Period).
  • The promotion entitles a buyer to receive a rebate of $1000 inclusive of GST on available blocks of land (Rebate) within the Warralily at Armstrong Creek Development through Armstrong Creek Development Corporation (ACDC).
  • Subject to these terms and conditions, the Rebate is available to buyers of available residential land lots at Warralily at Armstrong Creek (by ACDC). For details regarding the availability of these residential land lots, contact the Warralily Land Sales office on 1300 661 719 or visit the office at 259 Charlemont Rd Connewarre VIC 3227.
  • The Entity providing the $1000 rebate as per these terms and conditions is Armstrong Creek Development Corporation (ACDC) Pty Ltd.
  • A buyer is a person who enters into a contract of sale for the purchase of a selected residential land lot at Warralily at Armstrong Creek during the promotion period (Land Contract).
  • To be eligible to receive the rebate, the buyer must:
    Complete purchase and settlement in accordance with the Land Contract; and
    Complete all other conditions as required by the Land Contract
  • A Buyer will not receive the Rebate the Rebate if the Buyer:
    Extends the date for settlement in the land contract; or
    The buyer defaults on the land contract
  • The rebate will be received jointly by all buyers on the Land Contract. The rebate will be provided to the buyer in the form of a $1000 reduction in the contract price of the Land Lot the buyer purchasers. There will only be one $1000 rebate per lot available to buyers. There are no limits on the number of Land Lot’s the buyer purchases using the $1000 rebate.
  • Only one rebate will be paid for each Land Contract. Where there is more than one buyer in a Land Contract, then the rebate will be paid jointly to all Buyers in that Land Contract.
  • The Buyer is responsible for informing any lender about the Rebate.

General

  • The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer by ACDC or any of its related entities.
  • The promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions contained in the Land Contract or Building Contract.
  • ACDC and its related entities assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any particular statement and accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person or Buyer who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Promotion or participants in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • ACDC may cancel or make changes to the promotion at any time without notice. Such changes may include adding or withdrawing Qualifying Land, or shortening or extending the Promotion Period.
  • The Promotion is not available for any employees of ACDC or their immediate families.
  • These terms and conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions for the promotion.
